EPA REGION 3 HOMES AT THACKSTON PARK

CONE is excited to share that our Homes at Thackston Park affordable housing development in York City received a Phoenix Award! Presented on August 7 at the 2025 National Brownfields Conference in Chicago, our project was the winner for United States Environmental Protection Agency Region 3, which includes PA, MD, DE, WV, VA and DC. 

The Phoenix Award reflects the progression of brownfield redevelopment over the past 20+ years by recognizing extraordinary practitioners and projects that are creating jobs, economic opportunity, and stronger communities.
